I wanted to have this bike professionaly painted because I want a blue Typhoon and had a bunch of NOS blue stuff, but used it on a Hollywood for the niece. Decided to strip it down, clear coat it and make a real beater rider out of it. I think the paint wear on the top tube is from a canvas paperboy bag :?: The tires give it a really smooth ride.

Those pedals look stock. If all that's bugging you is the reflectors, you could cover them with black electrical tape.

Wow! That's only the second Lucyznik coaster hub I've seen! I have one on a ladies' Evans. Never seen one on a Schwinn though!!! A made in Poland coaster brake(insert joke here) ~Adam

They're close, but this bike had the correct ones on it when I got it, they were pretty shot.

It even has "Schwinn Approved" stamped in the hub body. The front is a Union. The wheels were on a '62 Fleet originally.
