Someone should tell this genious he has the dropouts backwards, this would make it handle a lot better if they were pointing forward, especially with weight!
 
something´s defenately wrong in that setup, the disc mount is in the wrong side ?? and if he by coincidence had put the fork legs on backwards, how do you explain the cantilever boss being in the right place..could this be a Photoshop picture

Actually the bosses should be in the back, the rack gets in the way of the brake arms
 
If you'll notice, the fork arms are set up in front of the fork pivot point, so with the clips on the backside of the fork, that puts them about where they'd be with a regular fork, I'm thinking.
