Looks like the hardest part is keeping a perfect circle when masking.

There's got to be a way to mask it off so that it is exact.

i used the edge of the tire as referrence

I would use "3M Fine Line" Tape.
it is Flexible and will go around Curves.

it is only about 1/8" wide.
I would tape that Line First...then tape over that with some wide tape.

The Fine Line Tape is designed for Breaking a Line with 2 Colors on
Cars when Painting Them.

It doesn't alow the Paint to Creap behind it which makes a better edge.

Something else that works really good is white shoe polish. I did these about a 6 or 8 mos. ago. What's nice about the shoe polish is that if it does get scuffed, just wipe on some new. I used the little plastic bottle that has the sponge applicator right on the bottle.

hmmm 8)

Ha Ha, I did that exact same thing I even used the same paint. I did that a while back. I tried it after my grandpa told me that he used to do it during the war beacause new tires and stuff like that were in short supply.
But back then they actually had white wall paint.

It looks good , great job. The worst part is definately the taping.
