Marble Eyed Reflector

Hey, I found this in my garage when we bought the house. I was just wondering, has anyone seen one like it? Or can anyone tell me how old it is?

I'm afraid I don't recognise it, but it's something I've NEVER seen before in my life lol. It looks fantastic. I'm now considering inlaid marbles on my rat when i get around to it. Probably worth a few bucks on fleabay? Or worth keeping for yourself

It's NOT for sale, it's a keeper. My guess is that it was mounted on the top of a car's license plate? I've tried to find it on the net, but can't even find a similar one. I've seen the stop signs and R/R crossing sings with marbles in them(on the net).

I believe it's aluminum.
