picked these from a friends mom who is moving.. my first matching set Huffy Sun Country's guessing 70's

the girls is already ridable.. although new tires are must.. shifts smooth and brakes came unlocked after a bit of persuasion.. going to start on the guys tomorrow, then clean up the rust, just a bit

finally got around to start cleaning these up.... surprised at how well it shines ... both bikes work completely and shift perfectly.. added a new back brake set up on the guys, but other than that a little bit of elbow grease and these babies will sparkle 8)


can you tell which side I did?

completely amazed at how well the rims are underneath all this rust

ill post the finished pics when i am done.. also how do I remove surface rust from the painted areas without removing too much paint? I'll go look around for a thread as well.. but every little bit helps
