MEASURING HANDLE BARS

ok stupid question..... want to get some new bars and i measured the ones i have and the diameter is 3 1/4 at the clamp. does this sound rite ?

do you measure the bars by diameter ? also need to now how to, where to measure the stem and fork.

Sounds like you mean circumference. Almost all handle bars are 1" 0r 7/8" diameter.

yea thats what i meant. so the measuring method is diameter then. so 3.25 circumference comes out to be 1.0345071300973196
