I acquired this frame in a collection, I suspect it is European due to the tiny bottom bracket (less than two inches in diameter). Ignore the seat post and handlebar, I put those on for a mock up.
Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

These Euro bikes are tough to tell apart! Steyr/Daimler/Puch made some, Bauer was another, plus a few really obscure companies. I think the Euro 3 piece cranksets are all fairly similar. Most imports had badges like Black Knight, Parkleigh, President, Royce Union, etc. My RU:
