Struck a deal to pick up this Cleveland-built Shelby tomorrow night. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the AMF branding narrows its creation to 1954-55, no? Will report back once I take possession and have the serial number.

Pulled trigger on this one last night and it is now safely ensconced in the Rusty-lair. Needs rubber and the rear wheel has a very noticeable flat spot. New Departure hub is in excellent shape, though, so I'll probably re-lace the whole shebang. Haven't peeked under the saddle shower cap yet.

I believe they used the Shelby name through '62. Usually seen with some leftover Shelby parts. This one looks to me like an early 50s CWC w/a badge swap, as it looks all CWC. One never knows for sure though! -Adam
