I received a '92 schwinn cruiser as a trade for a small job I did for one of my clients ( i'm a contractor by trade). Thats what got me started in this new found fetish for these old school cruiser style bikes. Now I'm all over the web looking at pics searching craigslist and stopping at old farms and asking for old bikes. So I got lucky on one of my ventures and picked up what I believe to be a 1950 something J.C. Higgins (don't know what model) with most original parts (tires, seat, and pedals are not). So I am gonna strip it and refinish all the parts and see where it goes from there. If I knew how to post pics I would so you all could see what little jem I picked up.
