I scored this from a local woman off of e-bay for about $60. She was the second owner and had had it for a year. I asked her why she was getting rid of it. She pointed to a cheap suspension department store bike and told me she had won it in Vegas. I doubt this bike has more than 25 miles on it. It was one of the first aluminum framed bikes and was handbuilt in Japan. My guess that it was well north of $1000 new. It is a 1988 Diamond Back Arrival. It was accessorized with Tioga stuff from the factory. The seat was non stock and I couldn't find an original Vetta Turbo, so I put on the Selle Italia. The Tioga Farmer John gumwalls were disintegrating, so I put some gumwall Tioga City Slicker 1.0"'s on it. It has full XT(6-speed Uniglide). Very sweet little bike. The plate is an original one year only issue from Disney World's 1971 grand opening.
