Modern 26" Slick Tires

Not sure how Retro they are, but they have not a hint of any grooves in them anywhere. pretty cool, but pretty pricey.

In the states you can get the Bontrager Hank tire for about $35-40. Most Trek dealers should have or can get them.

I know about the Bontragers. I have two sets of them waiting on my projects. I was looking at wide Trials bike rims and saw these tires. THe Bontragers do have two areas of feathered rubber, so technically not a full slick from sidewall to sidewall like these. But realistically they are the same same from 5ft if the look is what you are after.
