Monark wheel question

Those are gonna take more money to chrome than anything. There are alot better specimens out there to find. Those look to be later monark wheels because of the bendix, i think they used new departures back then.
 
I've got a wheel set off of a '47 Monark. I restored the bike and sold it and the wheels were leftovers. New Dep. hubs front and rear. Rims are drop center and are painted silver along with the spokes. Rideable original tires and tubes. The front axle still has the original acorn nuts. I'd take $40 for the pair, plus actual shipping cost. Probably around $25-$30 for shipping. ??? Here's a pic of the wheels on another Monark. (not the '47 they came on) PM me if you're interested. I have two Monark Super Deluxes and they have flat profile rims, kind of look like S2s without the knurling. I think they may have been made by lobdell or maybe M&O.
I am pretty sure thye rims are original to the bikes. You might try looking at some pics on http://www.nostalgic.net as a reference.
