Mongoose and 2 Fatboys

[No cars on mars]

I got the Mongoose Hoop D from the trash this week. The tires are great. The only thing wrong with it is the front brake is sticking. The 2 Fatboys have been sitting around for a year, but finally dug out to have their photo taken.

Has anyone tried to set up a handlebars like this before and how did it work?
I was thinking of adding light to the front of the handlebars.

I have my bars just like that on my skunkworks klunker, but I have another set of forks connected to the bottom of the bars. I would think if you crank down the stem bolts it'd work just fine.
