I am trying to convert Mongoose Dolemite to an Ebike I have the Ebike parts I am looking a place to purchase replacement parts like the gear cassette and the discbrakes some of these are rusted.

Just look for any shimano compatible 6 speed freewheel, Kilroy. I think you have a freewheel, vice cassette setup.
your brake calipers are rebranded tektros.
