Each post I put in here has pictures of bikes almost lol i've gotten each day. have a gander! lol

For some reason i'm starting to receive alot of bikes, one person has three for me another has two, I just found three at curb, another comming from another person and a trailer full from someone from my bro's work, gotta love free bikes. lol pics soon, heres one I played with slightly. i'll post pics as I get em. hope I get something good!

Something shiney, maybe a bridgestone ? it has that weird nut on the rear right side, and bridgestone grips, last pridgesone I got had that same weird nut, this ones missing headbadge and any other stuff.
ANd you can see the HS bombr in the back, it's finaly been welded and reassembled!

Sweet scores, I been getting a lot of bikes lately myself, If you really want to get buried in bikes put an add on Craigslist that you pick up any free bikes. I had a guy bring me 6 in one load, and he said he has 8 more and his buddy has 10-20 more that he's going to ask about for me. It turns into a sickness, Everywhere I go I look at bikes, I think about bikes, I hoard bikes..... I search out bikes in attics and barns, everyone I meet I ask you know of any old bikes? Right now I got like 30+ bikes and a trike all crammed in my shed.

What is that 20" bike in the background here, looks sweet!

The little bike is a CCM North44 cantilever styled 5 speed, it's a baby klunker I bought it next to new for 5$ if you want i'll take a picture of it, my little brother rides it.

As for loving bicycles, I do like them, but I have to keep it neat, meaning max 100 bikes in the yard lol. most bikes i'm getting now I repair them and do what has to be done then stuff them all in a corner and tarp them to be sold off after winter.

Also the bike of the day is this. lol it's in super condition too. besides the brake leavers snapped off.

Also heres a pic of the little bike.

What is my catch of the day? This Peugeot. it's a 24" wheeled folder and is in very good condition. Theres lots of neat stuff about it too.

Sweet I have seen 20" folders like that but never a 24". COOL. Also like that little canti frame 20". I just got in a brats low rider that I am thinking of re-painting and turning into a rat.

That CCM Bike is cool ..Still would make a great rider for a kid...I would have killed for something like that as a kid . A Sting Ray style bik you could thrash in the woods with.. :shock:

Hey at least they are a good source of spring front forks, seat brace bars, and ape hangers. I am thinking of re-doing mine into a rat. Some black leather to re-do the seat, maybe flat black, some screw back spikes, maybe make a custom tank, flames?, maybe a suicide shifter, engine kit with loud straight pipe exhaust....... :mrgreen:

I do alot of my stuff whish funds made from selling bikes, regarding the baby klunk, I bought it to make a banana seat bike out of but my brother grew attached to it lol so I disposed of his full suspention nice schwiin bike and replaced it with this cute klunker wich i might upgrade to be the baby of my larger klunker, I have a small pair of bullmoose bars somewhere from a bike that size. wonder if I should Klunker me Tim hortons aniversery cruiser lol

Also is rust like a foreign term in your neck of the woods? Everything I get always has a good layer of rust on everything. Chrome like those is hard to come by without hours of tedious work.

Youd think rust would be more common here, well it is on department store bikes, a few drops of water and those rust, we have lots of snow and stuff. people take care of bikes here, I do get alot of rusty ones, just never bother to show them if it's nothing special, I also like going for the gold, I go for nice bikes when they are cheap or free lol. I have gotten some very very rusty bikes, most of them are 90's and so on department store bikes, luckly most old bikes lazt long and still shine

Yeah here I get a lot of department store bikes but even the Schwinns are rusty here, comes off with a good scrubbing 9 times out of 10. But again most bikes I pick up are either free, under $20, or traded for. But it makes it fun building a cool bike for little to no money. My bootlegger bike was built for about $20... :mrgreen:

I actualy prefer rust and stiff bearings. whats a bike without work to be done? not all that fun, I like to work for my profit, like that blue cruiser I found it will proberly take in about 150$ but i've yet to even touch anything on it, i'll be breaking it down to grease and fix anything not right, because of this i've voted #1 in my city for best to buy from lol most people who buy from me tell me that and are pleased with their bike. plus when you have the right tools rust is easy as pie.

Oops! I couldn't resist, so hows it open? lol theres no keyhole. the reflector seems to move around, it must have something to do with opening.

cool like a bicycle handcuff. I always tear mine down and re-grease everything just to make sure it has grease, Even buying a brand new bike at Wal-mart there are no guarantees or it having grease in it. Right now I wish I could even sell a bike.

The key for that lock must be on the bottom..of the lock..??? Take some more pictures of it from the bottom and any view you can..?

I'm suprised people are still buying, winters around the corner and your right about department store bikes lol, I just bought a tub of grease tonight, many bikes will love it! I think i'll cut the lock, I don't need it anyway and i'm sure it's gonna hassle me again if I do unlock it
