ok guys n gals ...here is a few bikes i got this summer (not to fresh) so i went 2 my garage and started squirtin penetrating lube on all this rust ..i need 2 get this stuff ripped apart ..well i need some help from someone who knows more than me (cause i dont know much) i have some pics and some numbers for all this if someone would b so kind 2 let me know the years of these bikes id really appreciate it !! and some kind of value would b cool also ...i know the girls bikes arent worth as much but i know they r worth something ...anyway have a look ...thnx again !!!! 1st up is this hawthorne mens farme ...has an se in a circle on the dropouts # e233968

2nd is a hawthore skiptooth ..# 166330

4th one i believe is a monark....looking at the dropouts and the serial # badge on the bottom of the crank

The mens Hawthorne is a mid-60's HP Snyder built. No reliable s/n charts. I redid on last summer. viewtopic.php?f=21&t=31434&p=307402&hilit=red+robin#p307402

The bottom bike is a Monark. They are the only ones who used the tags on the bottom bracket.

The red frame is indeed a Monark, but the serial # info ends at around 1910000 in 1954. Might be a middleweight up to late 1957, after which they were built by Huffy, who bought out the Monark co.. -Adam
