Picked up an older CWC bike at a swap meet Saturday. The imprinting on the Morrow rear hub reads:

Eclipse Machine Vision(?)
Made in Elmira, NY USA
36 13

As best I can see.
Does this indicate anything about the year of manufacture?

There should be a letter followed by a number in another location .I think "A" is 1931, "B" 1932, .... The number is the quarter, "1" jan-mar. There is a thread on here somewhere.

Hub date code appears to be "J 4", so 1940?
