motor bike help

i need help fixing my motor bike, i think its my clutch is not disengaging im not sure. any advice would help or if someone could give me contact information to someone who services them in sacramento,ca i would appreciate it very much.. thanks

is your cable adjusted correctly ? will it free up if you push the linkage by hand ?

yes and yes. i have dialed in the tension, when i let the clutch out it feels like there is more resistance but its not fully out
