The house is charming Skip. Very few of that style here.

Just saw this post. Nice old Detroit house. What year was it built?
I grew up in Detroit on the east side near I-94/Moross. Left in the early 80's when I went in the Army.
I do ride Belle Isle and the RiverWalk often during the summer.
