My wife is upset with me because I bought this bike years ago, but never got around to finishing it. I put it in an WBO one year... still didn't finish it. So, now I want to finish it.

Here's how I got it.

She wanted multiple speeds, so decided to mod to a Nexus 3-speed.

Which I decided to polish.

I'm going to need to spread the frame to fit it.

The bottom of the seat look like turd.

I'm going to have to get hold of Bruce Crawford and get this decal made.

This was the biggest hold up of the bike. I've been trying to find a place to chrome plastic, with no luck. I bought a chrome kit for the MBBO, but it looked like poop.

That's it! That's as far as I've gotten. So, on to the WBO! (again)

Anyone know what size fenders those are? Are the middle weight?

I'm puttting 26x2.125s on the hoops, but I don't know if "Balloon" fenders will just be too big. I think I'd like to replace to the stock size. (There's several chrome breaks you can't see in the pic, which is why I'd rather just replace)

This is a sweet looking bike...something about that shade of purple...:39::heart:

So will she go cruising with you on the King Cuda? My wife is always telling me how cool I look on my muscle bikes...:p

Middle weight fenders, I'm not sure but I might have a pair. I'll poke around my garage tomorrow to see and let you know.

As far as chrome goes, have you checked into that hydrochrome stuff? Pretty sure you can use it on plastic, just not sure of cost.

I just looked in my garage, all I have is a front fender. Not sure that does any good.

Very cool. That's one of my favorite rear bike racks made. Good luck on the build.

Cool bike love the color too.hard to beat that Nexus 3 speed I have them on 3 of my bikes . She will love this when it's done [emoji1303]
