I just acquired this today

This is an older modified Rollfast. Sure build off 12 is 9 months away. But I only get to tinker on weekends so I will marinate on ideas and maybe get a jump on a few parts ahead of time once I decide on a direction with it

I've got some parts for 12 as well, difficult not to start building tho.

That'll be a beautiful starting point.
Plenty of time to stew on ideas and direction.
I usually have about 5 builds in my head at any given time, but only time to build one of them a year.
Have fun building that one in your head the next 9 months.
