black on black ...nice !!! what year ?

Actually, the fenders and chainguard are a dark metallic copper, and the frame is charcoal gray...all powdercoated.

You ask what year? You mean the bike? Early to mid 50's. My little girl? Too young for you!!!

My powdercoater charged me $70.00 to sandblast and powdercoat the frame & fork. I think I paid the same amount for the fenders & chainguard. As stated by someone else, $75.00 is a bargain. I screenprint tee shirts in my garage, and I did (and continue to do) a little "horse trading" with him....tee shirts for powdercoating. Here is his webpage I'm helping him with. The first three bikes featured on the page are all mine. When he gives me more "Before & After" pictures I'll add them to the webpage.

Checked that site and looks like the before and afters are up. Nice job on those restorations. Are you going to post them on RRB? You should send that photo of your daughterand bike here. http://chicksandbikes.blogspot.com/

Before I found this website, I posted this at the CABE...my very first revitalization.
