My 22 year old , just graduated from college,
daughter recently pointed out that I didn't have a late model ladies bike in my collection with "fat" tires and coaster brakes. That's what she prefers to ride, so I went to the local flea market and found this
.
It is in very good shape, rides great, and will clean up and look like new. I paid $20 for it.
One thing is strange ,though. As you might be able to see in the second photo , where the paint is chipped in a few places, a lighter blue shows under the darker blue. I can see no signs of a repaint job and the striping and lettering appear to be factory. I can't imagine the primer underneath being light blue.i wonder if the color was changed at the factory for some reason. :?: :?: :?:
