I picked this ROSS Polobike up for $5.00 at a swap meet.
I replaced the pedals, seat & sissy bar. I repainted it including the grips, rims, fenders and the white wall tires. Rear rim was rusted and pitted. With some sanding and paint it now looks nice.
I work for a screen printing company, so I had new decals made up.
For the chain guard, I cut flowers from sheets of colored vinyl decal material to match the seat.
This is for my daughter. Funny thing is, she's only 5 and is too small for it. Although, my wife has volunteered to put it to use until my daughters big enough to ride it.
Not a build, but it was a great way to learn. Most of what I did is from what I learned on this website. Thanks for all the great info.
