Louisville Slugger
I hope no one has done this style before. After months of reading thru all of the threads, I have finally decided to build a customized bike. Not sure it would classify as a Rat or not, but here is the beginning. I found this bike by someone's garbage on trash day and the owner was happy I stopped to get it.
I am not a mountain bike fan but it was free and in rideable condition. So what will happen is this:
I purchased a used old catchers mitt that will be used as the seat.
Then this cactchers mask mounted over the front wheel instead of the reflector:
I will mount a home plate on a rack over the rear tire. I will drill holes in hardballs and place them on the handlebars. Then I will get a "Louisville Slugger" bat and place it where the mens bar would be if it was a mens bike.
Paint the bike "Leather Brown" with big nobby mountain bike tires and I should be good to go.
Wish me luck, I will need it. I will keep everyone updated on the progress.
