Thanks guys. The Panther is not quite finished yet, it's getting paint in a couple more weeks. Thought I would include it while still in primer. Got a Highway Patrol bike in pieces doing some cleanup now. Not sure which direction I'll go with it.

Did you paint this one? Or just clean up? Just curious what do you use to clean the thick rust/dirt off your frames?

Didnt paint this one. Steel wool, scotch Brite pad and wd-40. For the chrome I used oxalic acid. It was in pretty rough shape, this is about as good as this one will get. The bike is in amazing condition though. Wheels straight, hubs smooth, and the fenders are nice enough to be re-plated. Gonna be putting it for sale when l get some better pics of it.

Very cool, looks great. I'll have to try that. I would ask you how much? But I need to hold off on buying anymore bikes haha. Ever since I've joined this site ive become even more of an addict.
