I have been riding mine on 30-50 minute rides every day for the last two months and have lost 15-20 pounds. Of course I changed my eating habits as well, but I look better and feel much more energized. The nice thing is that I really enjoy riding as exercise, so I don't feel like it's a hassle. My plan is to lose another 15-20 pounds by mid-summer.
Stick with it and you will reach your goal in no time!!

I hear ya...I can't think of a better(or fun) way to get healthier. If I can only give up smoking...
On a side note...it's amazing how easy this bike is to ride! Electra rules.
