need a seat !!!!

tryin 2 help a little local buddy find a seat like this on for his bike...that i use to own and should have keep ....oh well !!!

if anybody has one or knows where i can get on in decent shape and on the cheap lmk please ...thnx guys mike !!!

Well you'd probably be hard pressed to find one exactly like that, but flea-bay offers a crushed red velvet seat that would look okay for like $20 if that helps.

Banana seats are not hard to recover.A can of spray adheasive some carpet pad and a bit of vinyl.Spray glue the carpet pad to the pan,Cut the Vinyl/heat it about 15 secs in the oven and strech on the seat--use a bit of spray glue underside of seat. About $20 tops.

I remember some Billy Mays advertised thing for repairing vinyl. Some magic paste stuff. I have no idea if it worked but it might be worth a search, maybe he could repair the cover and re-use it?

I've recovered a few seats with an old shirt. I tied the cloth really tight on the bottom, and no one was the wiser.

thats a practically new seat....well this is coming from the guy whos only banana seat is only rusted steel :mrgreen:

ur rite masterpoop ...i say just leave it rat style ....but its not mine so ..i guess he will have 2 figure it out ...he only 10 and he is a sharp little dude ...he has about 5 bikes already ans he love tinkering on stuff ...so he is defineitly a rat rodder in the making ...i told him about the site a week ago ,havent asked if he checked it out yet or not ..ill see him 2day so ill check !!!!
