Need help with tank horn and lights

I recently got a girls amf jet pilot, everything looked good until I opened the tank and saw that the batteries had ate up all the connections and the horn was in bad shape, I would like to know if they can be replaced and restored?
also it has these 2 lights in the front that sit on their own mount, would like to know how to get them going?

If your looking for the replacement option try Memory Lane Classics.I bought alot of cool stuff from tanks and horns and riveted them back on and aged them.
