need id help

Would like to find out what this bike is. Tried looking it up everywhere, no luck.
Found the serial number and it's WG 3.808A 745131
Also the bike has 24" rims and i would like to go with 26" any problems with this swap?

Picture's kind of small, but it looks like a Murray.

Anyone can point me in the right direction in the serial number decoding. Would like to find out what year and model bike this is.
I found some front fork that looked the same for a 26" bike on ebay, my bike had 24" which looked small. I want to go with 26" rims and bigger rubber, is there a way to find out what size i can use.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Did a lot of searching and narrowed it down to a Murray built Hiawatha/Gambles 26".
