Need some help indentifying this frame and fork possible JC Higgins or Monark early 50's ii think .

Iii got a frame and fork from a friend the other day gor a bike i built him and he wasnt too sure what tjr year,make, or model was or if the forks even went with the frame.i thi k its a JC Higgins Beehive suspension fork and possibly a Monark Frame any help would be great thanks everyone.

Looks like a purple Snyder built frame & fork, either pre-war or early postwar; (the serial number would tell).

Ok thanks but thebguy i got it from said it wasnt the original paint . Dixie thanka a Hawthorne huh? Ill check it out . appreciate it. Wouldn't happen to know what it might be worth?
