I have a 7 speed in a 24" wheel that I am going to be removing, so I will have all the spokes left.
I can measure them for you tomorrow or over the weekend or if you would like mine send me a PM.

You have to keep in mind that different style 24" rims will have different ERD's (Effective Rim Diameter). The rims on many Electra's use a drop center, and will necessitate the use of shorter spokes than some flat rims. You also have to make sure your comparing with the same cross pattern.
I have a Nexus 7 on my Rat Fink, using a 3 cross pattern, I used 226 mm spokes. The NX7 hub is asymmetrical, but the difference between the left and right side spokes is only 0.6 mm.
Also, with the nx7 in a 24" rim, you will end up with somewhat of a hard bend in some of the spokes (at the nipple entry) when using a 3 cross pattern. A 2 cross pattern can also be considered to reduce this bending. A 2 cross pattern calculates out to a 214 mm spoke length.
Once again, you can use these lengths, providing your rim is identical to mine, which is the stock RF rim with the dropped center.
