Need some Razor help

I found this Riprider at an abandoned house today. Back caster wheels are worn down. Are Ripstick wheels the same? I can buy Ripstick wheels for about 4.00 a pair shipped free on Ebay.

Pretty sure they're the same, both are razor; should use the same parts.
