a nice lady had this in the back of her garage, apparently when they put it together back in 72 the stem wedge was upside down, the stem was loose and was actually crushed at the bottom from trying to tighten it resulting in a loose stem that was stuck in the fork. the bike is 100% original except for the new stem and has only been ridden about 200 feet by me so far, complete with owners manual and assembly instructions.
