new departure rear hub help

My rear hub is slipping on power. I replaced the transfer spring what should i do next?

Is it a Model D hub?

My first guess would be a worn drive cone ("clutch sleeve" in the above link), or possibly even the hub shell if something crunchy got in there. If that is your problem the best solution is to try and scrounge up another :| . Reshaping them is tricky, but sometimes possible, but even if it works your drive will have significant free-pedal increase. Usually this creates it's own set of troubles. :roll:
