New guy here. Not a bike guy, haven't ridden since I was a kid. However, I've been working on a 1947 Columbia I picked up at the flea market in Eugene Oregon (where I live). I've run into some issues along the way, so I thought I'd drop in and say hi before I started asking dumb questions. I'm looking forward to actually riding around on this thing once it is done, so any help is appreciated.
