picked up this 1977 gmc for my new summer hauler,NO computor,no injectors no electric transmission,no rust, hasnt been driven in winter, got it up by the canadian boarder,a banker used it to haul his 4 wheeler to go check his properties in the summer, gonna change from a bike rack to a swagman platform carrier, hope its ezer to use and will have less scatches than with a conventional rack

I love the 73-87(-91 suv) gm C/K trucks. I had a rcsb 77 chevy K10 Cheyenne. I want another but a C10 instead.

C- 2wd truck, K- 4wd
10/25-20/25-30/35 is half ton, quarter ton and one ton. the name on the side(such as my cheyenne 10) is thr trim level and weight. the trucks until the 88+ were just C or K.

Nice find. I'm sure your 77 GMC will give you many good years of service and fun. I had a 76 Chevy Silverado for many years. It had major rust problems but served me well. My current one is a mostly original 73 Ford F100.
