Picked this up on the way to York Beach Maine on Saturday. Turned out to be the most popular bike for trips to the beach..JC Higgins with dryrotted tires
Stopped at a bike shop to pick up a box to ship a bike and all this (and more)was in the junk pile.
Trek 2200, carbon tubes with alu lugs. Shimano 105, Kind of weathered, looks like someone forgot it was on the roof rack. I'm kind of inspired to get it up and running for winter exercize duty in the basement.
Diamond Back cheapo DH bike. probably dept store equipment but it's got some goodies.
Nice little 24" Trek MTB. Front wheel taco'd and bb spindle broken. Otherwise pretty good. I just happened to have a used crank set / bb in stock and a front wheel. I think this is headed to some friends with a son in need. No sense i storing it for 5 years till my oldest can ride it.
There was a complete Cannondale with headshock in the pile too but the van was stuffed! Maybe i shall return tonight 8)
