New to this forum...
I'm from greater Detroit - part of the Auto industry and a big fan of custom cars and especially custom bikes.
I am the proud creator of the "Purple Pearl" which is a 77 Schwinn H. D. Paperboy bike with old Hawthorne fenders (rear one is bobbed), a setback seat, fat tires, cruiser bars a springer fork and an early Schwinn chainguard. I will get pics up of it on another post in a couple of days.
Meanwhile, I have helped a few builds and am also a striper. I striped Ruby's bike (the Daughter of a friend, Steve) and it was at Detroit Autorama in the basement Bike display this last March. That was a fun project!
I look forward to being here - there sure are some great bikes on here... Rolling art for sure!
