Found this as a frame fork and wheel package. Threw on an old stem and added some paint to it. Old Schwinn apes, Troy lee tires and a cruiser seat I had and it looks pretty cool. Cut down the rear fender and painted it red.

Try ebay. They don't make them anymore, Felt put them on bikes in 2006-07 I believe.
