Oh yeah. Not at all what I thought. I’ve never even seen one of these.
It's a great way to put a non-coaster rear brake on a vintage frame or a Worksman frame. The brake is similar to a motorcycle brake. This one looks like it'll take a 7-speed freewheel. Not a bad price with shipping thrown in. Most cost $75ish + $25 shipping.
