New yard art trend (pics added)

Ive noticed a new trend in my area which I cant say Im mad about, Ive seen alot of people people in my area that are using newer WM bikes as yard art instead of old classics.

I've been considering putting together a bicycle as yard art, just some old women's frame bike, I need to do something with them.

I have a couple mountain bikes that are pretty roached that im thinking about doing it too myself after seeing some of the ones ive seen lately

OK so me and the kids was out working on bikes today since it was comfortable out and we stripped a couple parts off of a bike to fix some other ones and I kept tripping over it when Id go to grab something out of the garage. I told my son to drag it out and start stripping it down and heres what we ended up with. A bike perfect for for yard art.

At my old house I used to have a cheap girls bike buried just past the hubs in concrete next to the garage. I used to laugh every time a junker tried to steal it. I need to do another one someday.

my brother has been riding the same Roadmaster since the mid 90's. I remember telling him the crank bearings were shot about 5 years ago but the left pedal was also stripped and froze on the bike so he tightened it up and forgot about it, they completely blew out about 2 weeks ago :lol:

This one actually had good rims on it when it came in but they had welded the pedals to the crank arms and used jb weld to hold the brake cables to the brake handles. so it just seemed like the perfect bike to turn into yard art took the good rims and tires off and threw on some bent rims and hit it with some paint.
