Newb in St Petresburg, FL.

My name is Eric. I'm new to the rat rod scene. I used to do alot of mountain biking in Michigan. I went out west downhilling and came back to not wanting to ride cross country. That was about 8 years ago,got into dirt bikes. Now back to pedaling only, in style. Just bought my first Electra today. Couldn't turn the deal down on a Rat Fink.

The only pic I have right now. I picked it up in Miami saturday morning, this was saturday afternoon. I didn't want to quit riding it to go golfing with my future father inlaw......lol

Going sunday, if the weather permits to try the south end of it. Should be fun.

We rode from Tarpon Springs to the end and back. 67 miles according to my notes here. A very nice trail. Different than most rails-to-trails we ride as it was all in cities. I remember it being extremely hot when we rode in October.

This is how i bought the bike. I got it off of a guy in Miami for a song and a dance, couldn't get my money out of my pocket quick enough.....lol. It is the stock Electra tire that came on the first year RF's.
