What's Up everyone! Found this site awile ago and been lurking for some time now and figured it was time to join the fun! What a great site and a great inspiration for buliding bikes!
Been re-building a Jeep for the last couple years and am now looking for another project.
A little history:
I grew up riding BMX bikes then got into Mtn Biking after high school and have been doing that ever since. Recently I had gotten tired of riding my full suspension mtn bike around town and wanted to get a crusier type bike. My first vision was to try and find an old schwinn to rat out, but was having a hard time finding one that was a decent price and they are a little more difficult to find in the mounitans of Colorado than I thought. So I decided to start with a Huffy Cranbrook that I picked up brand new for $79 bucks. Plans for now are to re-paint the bike and rims and go from there.
