What a great looking bike Doug! I like the two-tone job inside the fram lugs.
And anything with chrome dropouts is usually something sweet.
But doesnt it strike you as odd that they chose the name "America" ?
I bet not one thing on it was made here. Sorta strange.
BTW bikes have been coming to me fast and furious these days, so if
there's ever anything you're looking for please give me a shout.

that's a great bike. I've been wanting a Fuji since the 80s. No idea why I have not bought one yet.
Yeah, thats for sure Rob! She's a Japanese-America. I took the cracked front derailleur off it and took it for a short ride. Wow, that granny gear is great on hills.
I welded up the cracked deraileur. Hopefully I can throw it on tomorrow but I have a few yards of stone to spread here first. The stone is going under my new shed that's coming Thursday.
Don't know if I'll make this 20" ride but I'm planning on the road bike ride. I don't even own a 20" bike! I better take care of that.
I'm gonna post this bike in builds while I'm detailing and repairing it.
