That's a late 50's/early 60's AMF bike, customized with a top bar to make it a boy's bike. Made In Arkansas after Roadmaster moved from Cleveland. The other bike is also an AMF, around late 60's.
The serial number on the dropout will begin with a letter, will show the year.
