Talked to my buddy, he gets his leather online from various sources, he said look for a 7-8 oz leather and that should about match the thickness for most saddles.

He only had brass and copper rivets, so I opted to use some black Chicago screws to match the theme of the bike... and just in case I need to replace it down the line...

Even had him add his logo to the back...

Quick update, finally got most of the front fork figured out and assembled properly, I swapped the bottom of the springer out to add the disc brake... and after about 10 trips to home depot for bolts and nuts... (I believe I could open my own nut and bolt shop with all of the extras... )

Unfortunately other than that I'm kinda I'm stuck at the moment... running all over town cause for some reason the SRAM S7 rear hub takes 10.5 bolts that nobody seems to carry... Can't even rely on Amazon for them....
