A friend of a friend is thinking of parting with a noname custom frame if he gets a fair offer. The frame is jot the best looking cosmetically (paint/some rust) but is in good shape otherwise. I would like to purchase it but I've been having a hard tme trying too look them up and have no idea what a realistic offer would be. I am looking for some guidance in pricing. Thanks.
