Good morning everyone! I have a sweet complete NOS 28 hole Bendix 2 speed "Multi speed power brake" setup with 2 speed handlebar mounted lever (instead of kickback) WITH original display box for 20" rims..Uncleaned/untouched as received
Perfect for your Schwinn Sting ray project ,restoration or your display cabinet!Unsure if it is correct or not for a Stingray..I really PUSHED the "Stingray" angle to help some people realize that it is for a 20" wheel NOT a 26" wheel..
Instructions are date 1954 but obviously still available in 2017.
Its just a cool add on for ANY 20" bike.. Id say a Stingray is just one bike this could be put on.Or a 20 " Balloon tire or middleweight bike as well

Had one of these for 26" years ago. Gear change has a MAJOR effect on braking as well as forward pedaling. Just be sure not to lose track of the internal shift rod and spring. I did, and had to fab one up with a temple from some old aviator shades and a ballpoint spring. Those little tiny threads were a trick. GLWTS
