They are brand new Skyway Tuff II mags. I think the metal flange types may have been early. :D

When I bought it I thought I had over paid but since then there have been two of them re-powdered or re-painted and asking more than NOS prices.
Hate to build an NOS frame set but like Forest Gump says "It Happens" 8)

Thats a good one! I wonder if they have any NOS pedals for this. The ones I keep seeing are $200 range. lol
